We come from a family of bakers and creative thinkers. Some of our favourite childhood memories include warm cookies at family dinners and a home-baked birthday cake lit up with candles. After developing food allergies, we began to adapt our beloved recipes to make them allergy-friendly, without compromising on taste and quality.
Shopping for ingredients, we realized there aren't a lot of great options for cake mixes on the shelves, especially for folks with allergies and dietary restrictions. We couldn't help but wonder: can allergy-friendly baking be convenient, accessible, and most of all, delicious?
